Jeff is a University of Cincinnati graduate and registered architect in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana (pending certification in Tennessee and Illinois) with over 15 years of experience. He served as project architect for McGill, Smith, Punshon, Inc. for a variety of commercial, retail, office and multi-family developments. Mr. Klump worked 9 years as corporate architect for Fifth Third Bank, developing it's prototype branch. Under his direction, the bank completed 20 floor remodels at Fifth Thirds Cincinnati headquarters, constructed 76 new branch bank facilities, 87 bankmarts and over 100 branch remodels in 4 states. He served as executive vice president of Brentwood Construction, a division of Baron Capital. Mr. Klump directed the design and construction of more than 1000 apartment and townhome units, and developed a major retail center in Burlington, Kentucky, with Kroger as the major anchor tenant.
