Rich is a registered architect in the states of Ohio and Colorado, with 18 years of experience in architecture, facility planning and construction management. He serves as director of architecture for the firm and holds a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Posey has been the principal architect and project manager for various public projects for universities, local school districts, city and county government and public libraries. He has performed extensive work in the private sector market in housing, commercial, corporate and industrial development and planning. Mr. Posey has also worked with various not-for-profit and governmental entities in many aspects of planning and needs assessment for their internal growth.
